• Your session fee is $350 • Approximately 30 minute photo session. • Your choice of 3 high-resolution digital images with print rights, from an online gallery of about 20 images. • Basic editing, such as removal of blemishes, scars, and softening under eye circles. • Artistic editing at photographer’s discretion. • No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. • Lauren Harel Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend Lauren Harel Photography in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Lauren Harel Photography. • If any minors are to be present and/or involved in the preparations or taking of the photography shoot, then I warrant and understand that I am fully and solely responsible for supervising and controlling the behavior of such minors, and that Lauren Harel Photography shall have no liability or responsibility for any injuries or other losses by any person, and that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Harel Photography from any expenses or losses whatsoever. *
