• Your session fee is $525 • Approximately 1 hour photo session. • Minimum of 15 high-resolution digital images with print rights. • Basic editing included. • Artistic editing at photographer’s discretion. •Sessions may only be rescheduled one time and then you forfeit your deposit. • No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. • Lauren Harel Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend Lauren Harel Photography in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Lauren Harel Photography. • If any minors are to be present and/or involved in the preparations or taking of the photography shoot, then I warrant and understand that I am fully and solely responsible for supervising and controlling the behavior of such minors, and that Lauren Harel Photography shall have no liability or responsibility for any injuries or other losses by any person, and that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Harel Photography from any expenses or losses whatsoever. *
